Self-drive expedition of 11 days and 10 nights from 3rd to 13th August
Day 1, 3rd Aug
Arrival at Welcome Hotel Bell Vista, Panchkula, Haryana, introduction to the team and other participants, getting familiar with radio operation and convoy driving
Day 2, 4th Aug
Leave from Panchkula, drive 121kms to Charabra in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh at an altitude of 8,402ft, check into the luxurious Oberoi hotel Wildflower Hall
Day 3, 5th Aug
Leave from Shimla, drive 250kms to reach Manali at an altitude of 6,600ft, stay at Solang Valley, Manali
Day 4, 6th Aug
leave from Manali, drive 137kms to reach Jispa at an altitude of 10,715ft, stay at the Hotel Ibex
Day 5, 7th Aug
Leave from Jispa, drive 70kms on the Manali-Leh highway to reach Sarchu located at 14,389ft, there is a campsite located right next to the highway, we stay in tented accommodation for the night
Day 6, 8th Aug
Leave from Sarchu, drive 228kms to Tso Moriri located at 14,836ft, stay at Nomadic Life Camp
Day 7, 9th Aug
Drive 160km from Tso Moriri to Chushul at an altitude of 14,304ft, stay at Campsite in Chushul
Day 8, 10th Aug
Drive 125kms from Chushul to Pangong at an altitude of 13,943ft, stay at Martsemik Camp
Day 9, 11th Aug
Drive 170kms from Pangong to Hunder, Nubra Valley, at an altitude of 11,295ft, stay at Royal Camp
Day 10, 12th Aug
Drive 128kms from Nubra Valley to Leh, check into Lha-ri-sa, Leh at an altitude of 10,242ft
Day 11, 13th Aug
Spend this day relaxing in Leh, gala dinner followed by closing ceremony!
One-time package cost includes:
- Luxury hotel/tent accommodation on daily basis

One-time package cost excludes:
- Any charges levied by the authorities owing to any misdeed or for breaking the law.
- Any liabilities arising due to accidents.
- Expenses levied by the hotel for property damage
- Expenses incurred due to a medical emergency
- Any expenses due to unforeseen circumstances like vehicle breakdown or accident
- Additional accommodation expenses owing to unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities
- Any charges for vehicle repair or damage
